Rise Up Counseling is in-network with many major insurance plans in New York.

I work with many other BlueCross BlueShield PPO plans statewide through the BlueCard program.
Insurance coverage varies by individual plan. Benefits and eligibility will be verified prior to your first appointment.
Private Pay:
$200 Intake
$150/session
For private pay clients, superbills are available upon request and may be submitted to insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement
A limited number of reduced-fee sessions are available based on financial need and availability.

Limited telehealth services are available for Texas residents. Currently in-network with Aetna and BlueCross BlueShield of Texas.
Therapy Intensives (private pay only)
Intensives are extended 2-3 hour sessions designed for deeper, focused therapeutic work in a condensed format.
These are not billed through insurance.
