Individual Therapy

Trauma Therapy (EMDR)

This approach can be helpful for birth trauma, pregnancy loss, childhood experiences, medical trauma, and other events that continue to impact emotional wellbeing.


Perinatal Mental Health Therapy
Specialized counseling for challenges that arise during pregnancy and the postpartum period, including postpartum depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, birth trauma, and adjustment to life with a new baby.
Maternal Mental Health Counseling
Therapy for mothers in any season navigating infertility, fostering and adoption journeys, parenting stress, identifying shifts, emotional overwhelm, and the ongoing demands of caring for others.


Clinical Skills Group
Structured small-group therapy experiences designed to help build practical tools for emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and navigating life’s challenges. Topics vary throughout the year, and groups are offered periodically based on community interest and need.
